Likes bases itself on the analysis of two popular Youtube phenomena: cover dance tutorials and videos on the different techniques of yoga which have emerged and spread massively through social networks during the recent years. The artist approaches the audience from a socio-anthropological perspective with a speech about the social value of a “like” in our digital culture and society. The piece is a fresh and choreographic look at the presence of the body in the digital age.

Likes, was selected by the European platform Aerowaves 2018 and won a special mention as the best dance performance at “Premis ciutat de Barcelona 2018” as well as a prize for the best solo dance performance at “Premis de la crítica 2018 Barcelona” and “Premis DansaCat 2020”.
